Description

The MAANS-S “Gorlytsia” 14-70 sunflower header is a universal continuous cut harvester for harvesting regardless of the width of crops, with this header you can harvest crops with row spacing from 40 to 75 cm. mounted on a self-propelled combine, it is used for mowing any type of sunflower at soil level. Any other use is considered to be improper use. The header must be used only with combines for which an adapter (adapter frame) has been approved.

The radial pin coupling is used to limit the torque and to protect the transmission and drive mechanisms of the auger arising from overloading of the agricultural machine during operation.

The reel is hydraulically adjustable in height directly from the operator's cab, which makes it possible to adjust the reaper to the crop type and height.

The feed auger is a single structure without additional connections and fasteners - this ensures maximum material flow into the inclined chamber of the combine.

The feed auger drive is equipped with a torque limiter to protect against foreign objects and prevent equipment breakdown.

All drive shafts are made of hardened alloy steel to ensure maximum service life and prevent mechanical wear.

The entire cutting system, including the drive, is made of high quality components, all components of the cutting system are made of special wear-resistant steel, which guarantees minimal losses during harvesting.
